Bottle. Pale golden beer with a big white head. Yeast and wheat aroma. Citrus, yeast, wheat flavors and a slightly sour tang at first. Medium body. I just wish it has some spice elements. I couldn’t find them here and it made for a more boring beer.

A very disappointing weizen. +++Sampled from a 16oz brown bottle this beer poured a cloudy pale yellow with a medium white head. The aroma was sour wheat. The flavor is sour, acidic, wheaty, and vaguely skunky. A hint of lemon. There is a definite "off" flavor that really ruins this brew for me.

Awful appearance: Cloudy yellow, tiny head, LOTS and LOTS of floaters... Hmmm... smells nice. Sweet wheat, slightest bit fruity. Not much of a taste. Only the slightest hint of sweetness... maybe like apple cider or apple juice that has absolutely no sugar added. It does have a decent mouthfeel, even though the end is thin. It's drinkable... but will I drink it again? No.

Aromas of citrus and malt. Cloudy yellow with a small head. Flavor of intense citrus, not as sweet as many other wheats. Finish of malt. Thin and refreshing, has some qualities of a crisp white wine. lacking in aroma and appearance.

Slightly hazy yellow, short frothy head. It's like between a pils and a real german wheat. Weak taste, watery, citrus. Refreshing though.

Cloudy pale golden colour as you'd expect from any wheat beer. No other smell other than yeast, which is not what you would expect from a wheat! Decent taste, fairly mild with no banana or clove or spice taste. A clean dry finish makes a decent beer, but not too 'wheaty'. Also a lot of sediment at the bottom of the glass!

Murky yellow with a thick white head that dissipated quickly. Vinous aroma. Tart alcohol/wheat flavor that made me take this one more slowly than I would have liked. Again, the bottle-conditioned element just doesn't cut it for me. This may be a good example of the style, I just don't like the style.

Fizzy with a light quickly dissipating head. Pale yellow color. Slight hint at cloves plus a slightly lemoney sourness. Very light bodied. I would prefer more malt profile.
