When Daniel Thwaites was embarking on his brewing career, the INDUS would have been voyaging to the East Indies – trading Lancashire cotton for exotic Eastern delights. Our INDUS Pale Ale celebrates ales of that period with a refreshing brew enriched with abundant hops for flavour that stays fresh and crisp to the finish.

Refreshing amber ale, brewed with four hop varieties for superb taste and aroma.

Missed rating from 27.9.2015. Bitter yeasty aroma. Head stayed quite well. Almost transparent golden colour. Light refreshing floral tastes of hops, quite sweet on the tongue then nice bitter aftertaste. Brewed by the only brewery in my town - it's actually decent, light session beer.

Cask, 3.9%. Good grassy aroma. Almost clear grey copper colour. Creamy white head. The flavour starts off nicely grassy, not as good as the aroma, though. Slightly unpleasant bitterness in the finish.
