Tasting at Matt's, can
Dark amber colour. The can is gushing, the body is thin and metallic, totally infected and quite disgusting.

Foamed right up. Dark amber colour. The aroma shows a lot of infection - pedio, thin crackery, weak. Thin, weak, and there's just nothing else going on here. Infected, problematic.

473mL can, pours a dark amber with a monstrous beige head. Aroma is pure infection -- dominated by phenols and nothing else. Flavour is pretty much dominated by phenols upfront, followed by bready malt and weird wild notes. Phenolic, high carbonation on the finish. What the hell happened here?

First beer from this brewery. Nice label, classy. Pours a hazy deeper amber colour with a big beige head, good retention and nice spotty-wavy lacing. Fresh apples for nose with caramel malts and hints of molasses. Hops are present, but they show a little more in the taste with a nice average bitter finish. Caramel, apples again. Roasted malts. This is quite a nice red ale and first experience.
