Bottle that Mum & Dad shared - cheers! Light amber with a middling fizz and a negligible white head. Dry, biscuitty malts and wheat chaff. A hint of floral hops. Moderate bitterness. So-so standard supermarket brew.

Rocky off white head stayed on a light amber coloured still body. Malt, caramel & confectionery aroma. Medium bodied, sharp on the palate with a cloying back. Berry, spices, caramel, malt & citrus tastes with tangy bitter finish.

Cask at The Dartmouth Arms, Dartmouth. Floral caramel and malts aroma. Amber. Frothy white head. Light bitter with an iffy-is it citrus? sour edge. Light bodied. Slick but thin. Average carbonation. Long astringent finish. Not keen on this.

(From notes made in May 2016). Amber pour with a white head. Nose of pineapple, grapefruit, tangerine. Heavy sweet fruit action in the flavour with a bitter twist in the finish. Tasty.

Aus der Flasche 2018-08 getrunken. Ein süffiges, kupfernes Bitter mit moderaten Hopfeneinstz und leichter Malz- und Karamellnoten Nicht der schlechteste Essenbegleiter.
