Hazy yellow pour, large white head. Aroma is obviously full of herbs. Loads of juniper, coriander basil and touches of cloves. Mouth feel is a little flat, carb is soft. Finish is lightly bitter with a big juniper kick at the end with some dill and more coriander.

Pours hazy amber with a fluffy white head. Aroma of floral malt, some hefe notes. Taste has floral base, some booziness, juniper. Palate has coriander, orange, more nutmeg. Spicy. Good.

Cloudy medium amber with aa small lingering white head leaving patchy lace. Nose has citrus, obvious juniper, coriander, pepper, some honey and floral notes. Taste doesn't really match the promise of the nose, but still interesting. Light honey sweetness with a medium+ citrus and resin bitterness along with some spice. Mouth is medium with average carbonation and a lightly peppery finish. 9/3/7/3/14

When I first saw this can at my local dépanneur, I had to look twice - Gin and Ale together in one. Or was it a gin-drink that was mixed in the beer section ?? Looked quite interesting when I read all the ingredients - loads of spices. Hazy golden colour with a white cap, good stay and lacing. At first pour, smells of dirty-rusty water with spices in the background. The second pour is where it starts getting a little better. Almost more like ginger, but this is not one of the spices in here. The Juniper berries becomes present with a decent balance of the other spices. Feels like there is no alcohol in this one, no warming at all. Wet, a little tarty. An interesting brew that seems like it should kick ass, but it is just average.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy amber color ale with a nice medium size foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light spices and herbs notes with some juniper notes is quite refreshing. Taste is a nice mix between some cereal notes with some residual sugar notes, light herbs and spices notes with some juniper notes and subtle coriander/cinnamon notes also noticeable. Body si full with good carbonation. Original beer and reminiscent of gin notes with good complexity while retaining sufficient drinkability.
