Aromes de pain fraichement sorti du four et nuances miellées de céréales dans un olfactif bien malté, laissant un Saaz bien attendri. Bonne mousse épaisse et assez crémeuse sur liquide doré et parfaitement limpide. Céréalière en bouche, laissant dominer les malts largement avec un subtil boisé et des nuances miellées. Le coté herbacé du Saaz est un peu atténué mais toujours présent. L’amertume est juste à point. Délicieuse cette Svetly. Des malts un peu plus complexes m’auraient ravi. (473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours clear bright gold with a nice tight white head that froths but leaves no lace. Aroma is lots of dried flowers and herbs, Noble hops at their best when they just skirt soapy, soft cereals with a touch of fresh bread and a little pale malt sweetness, slightly fruity in the core, with a subtle overtone of wood if you look for it. Flavour is delicate and only lightly sweet, with a touch of dough to the malt, quite floral and lightly herbal hops, very subtle smooth wood, light spiciness, drying in the finish with a little minerals, soft spicy/floral bitterness and a nice long aftertaste.
