Geproefd met Roelzie1986, Inoven en Lieke bij het Brabants Bier festival in Oirschot. Het is een amberkleurig bier met een medium schuimkraag. Het heeft een lekkere zoete smaak.

(Bottle, Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 24 Aug 2014) Murky brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of honey, dried fruit and hints of chestnuts. Malty, fruity taste with caramel, dried fruit, honey, brown sugar and a balanced bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, quite sweet. Interesting and tasty, but possibly a touch too sweet. Quite nice.

Had this as the version called: Eindhovens Proat Woater Gestels Honingbier, 33CL bottle at home, red/brown beer with a medium white head, medium carbo, can’t find an aroma, taste is a little bit of honey, sweetness, watery, alcohol. I dont know, not a good beer but drinkable i guess.
