Dull and pale amber, doesn't look like a wit but I won't sweat that. The wit base exists, with a touch of acidity and some carbonation. But I'm not getting much mushroom...like a very little bit, but that's it.

500mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of lacto notes and a touch of fungal notes. Flavour has some light coriander, high carbonation, not really any mushroom character. It’s a good wit, and the carb helps this out. Nothing special but it’s solid.

500mL bottle. Pours murky blonde with a white head. Wheaty nose, gentle citrus and coriander. Flavour has coriander, wheat; earthy profile throughout. Pretty solid.

Un peu de citron, et le champignon se faisant vraiment discret. La couleur et l'impression en bouche sont superbes. J'ai bien aimé.
