Cask at In de Wildeman. Hazy dark brown to black colour, soapy off white head. Aroma of plastic, sharp unripe fruity notes, roasted malts, some hops. Flavour is plastic, unripe fruit in the onset, nice coffee, caramel and roasted malts with citrus hops in the finish. Start bad, finish good. Light to medium bodied, no carbonation.

on tap at the Wildeman during the Cask Ale weekend. KD’s 1st cask ale was very good :-) A quaffable dark IPA.
