Mostly clear golden yellow colour. Firm white head with good lacing. Aroma of nice sweetish tropical fruit, moderate bitter. Retronasal it's more bitter, but still fruity, with hebral hops. Flavour is bitter, fruity and light sweet. Medium bodied. Long dry bitter finish.

27 February 2019. At Kantien, Ghent. Shared with the lovely Anke! Pours clear golden-orange with a lasting, small, foamy, white head; lots of lacing. Aroma of yeast, pepper, mandarin peel, yellow bell pepper, grass, freshly cut onion, apricot, straw. Taste is light fruity sweet, notes of apple peel, apricot & unripe banana on top of a yeasty & bready malty base; medium grassy bitter middle has straw, spices, floral edge, with sourish accents of lime & mandarin. Dryish, floral, bit resinous hoppy finish, lingering straw, yeast, subtle warming gin alcohol. Medium body, slick-oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Rather 'classic' but with a deft hoppy touch.
Flowers, herbal notes, chamomille, light citrus. 4.0

Tap at St. Gilles. Big fruity nise, hops, grapefruit zest, lemon, minerals, some spicy yeast. Hazy deep orange, high head. Very minerally and zesty, light honey sweetness. Some apricot and peach. Finished pretty dry for the abv. Good dry, hoppy tripel, I would say.

Draught Very good lightly yellowish head with textbook lace over faintly veiled orange-tinted golden beer. Fresh, green herbal hops with young lupulin over faint ureum, lemon, hay. Faint sweet impression, then a sourish-bitterish waft, herbal more than hoppy. Really delicate. Good carbonation, not visible, light body for an 8% ABV beer! This is a danger! Blind, I'd guessed 5%... 8/4/7/4/14
