Can, 473 ml, date of production: 2021 JA 07, bought from Rapido on 22 January 2021, savoured on 29 January 2021; eye: sand with an orange hue, cloudy, no effervescence, tiny ring of off-white head, slight lacing; nose: fruity, tropical fruits, light fusel; mouth: fruity, tropical fruits, light fusel, slight malt, orange, tangerine, a bit thin finale in tangerine with light presence of fusel, medium body, good carbonation, mildly sweet, sparkling texture; in summary: fine

Can that pours a clean golden colour with a big warm, frothy cap, very nice retention and creamy lacing. Alcohol in nose with the hops that gives grassiness and tropical fruit notes. The alcohol is also felt in the mouth. Not as in warming, but just high alcohol taste. Thankfully, the fruitiness blends things a little, with some pineapples flavours. Gets hazy at last pour and does help balance things with the alcohol. In the nose. Still not sure about the Simcoe. Seems a little earthy in the mouth.
