A blank canvas is something that has motivated us and excited us since day one. The idea that we can create something from nothing, and make it our own. This beer was brewed true to our style. Maintaining a strong, aromatic hop character and a rich flavor profile, it is perfect to toss in your bag for a hike up Camel’s Hump, a day at Oakledge, or a day skinning up Mansfield.
We hope to brew this beer on a semi regular basis and have it present for the events we like to participate in and sponsor in the community. Art shows, concerts, fundraisers. The can has a completely blank side to it, for its drinker to do with what they please. Paint on it, draw on it, write your name, make a cartoon, or, leave it blank. Do what you want with it, it’s your canvas. But please, enjoy it.

16oz can pours a hazy but very pale yellow with some sticky, ringing white head. Nose is soft, herbs, some honey, flowers, lime, lemon, some seltzer. Flavors of lemon-lime soda, a little flavored mineral water, some mild fruit, flowers. Crisp and dry. Really nicely done.

Tap. Reservoir, Waterbury, VT. List stated 6.5, and I didn’t doubt it. Hazed straw gold. Fine white head. Nose has peach sorbet. Candied peel. Creamy malt. Some spearmint. Green leaf. Taste is clean, minty, crisp citrus bitterness. Lip sticking sweetness. Light to medium body. Bright carbonation. Moderate citrus bitterness to finish. Really good pale.

Pours hazy straw into a tulip. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Earthy tropical fruit skin and pith aromas. Crisp with pineapple and mango upfront turning to dry, earthy pith in the lasting finish.

On tap at Blackback Pub. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong dank, melon, pine. Slick body, juicy, grapefruit, dank, nice lingering bitterness, very good.
