On tap at American Flatbread, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with coriander upfront, with light lacto and a touch of salt. Flavour is along the same lines, with a wonderful coriander character, medium salt and a touch of lacto. Really nicely constructed, with the coriander and salt beautifully expressed.

Draught @ Row 34, Boston. Listed as 4.2%. Straw colour with a slight haze. Medium bleached head. Wheaty nose, somewhat grainy, bit yeasty, with light fruit. Tart, lightly fruity, just a touch of saltiness. Finish is tart and wheaty. Probably tarter than the original style cause kettle sour, but otherwise a tasty brew.

Growlette from Old Brick Store, Charlotte, VT.
I’m moving so I had my pokal packed up, so I ended up pouring this into a pint glass, yeah, all 3 pours.
The appearance was a ruddy burnt yellow color with a quickly dissipating little bit of a white head. Thin white foamy lacing ran slim around the glass.
The smell started off with the soured wheat portion up front with a sly salty underneath riding in to spoil a wanted return of the citrus. In other words, citrus wants to bounce forth but remains more so in the background.
The flavor takes in the soured wheat with a nice salty underneath to once again flush out the citrus sweetness trying to come in. Salty/sour aftertaste is there. More dry/sour than salty and aour in the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a great sessionable feel running all around.
Overall, nice gose for the most part, pretty sure I could come back to.
