Bottled@One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Aroma is malts, some mild grains and grass. Flavour is sweetish wood, quite sweet malts as well as some slight notes of alcohol. Lacks a bit of body, but is quite nice still.

(bottle) Hazy, golden colour with loads of yeast particles swimming around and a fluffy, slightly yellow foamy head. Sweet malty, slightly hoppy and alcoholic nose with notes of marzipan. Sweet flavour, full bodied with a smooth carbonation. Strong, pale malty taste with notes of alcohol right from the beginning; strong malty finish with alcohol presence. Unbalanced Bock, but at least a warming one (18.04.07).

Bottle: Deep golden, very stable mid-sized creamy head, some clumps visible, alcohol in the estery and fruity nose; rather flat sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; quite short bitter-sweet finish. Drinkable, but not the best example of this style.........

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, pilsener golden with a white head. Clean, malty nose. Medium body with plenty of pilsener malt and a very distinct alcohol - more than what’s really pleasant. Sweet - very sweet - and unbalanced. 160806
