Slightly hazed, amber colour with mild golden highlights, a frothy light-beige head, good retention and thick foamy lacing left. Red ale aromas with caramel malts and fruitiness and hints of spices. The pepper comes out more in the taste, creating a little heat in mouth, lightly lingering. The maltiness is the base of the beer with decent cereal notes. A nice, refreshing Rousse with the green Indian pepper just adding enough to stand out, and warm up things.

Pours amber with a thin white head, some frothing. Aroma of malt. Taste has some vague fruitiness, some soft peach. Palate has hibiscus, some pepper thats only detectable on the back of the tongue. Good.

A reddish copper ale with a thick frothy lacing mocha head. In aroma, nice caramel malt with light grassy hops, light black pepper notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with light pepper notes, light grassy hops, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
