0.33 l bottle from 'EDEKA' (Breisach am Rhein), best before March 2026. Clear, golden with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, minimally grassy-spicy aroma of grains and some straw. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, a bit grassy-spicy taste of grains and some straw, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Classic German Pils, quite okay.

Tap @ Ganter Brauereiausschank, Freiburg. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, hay and light hoppy - grass and herbal. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 110725

Citrus, barley malt and grass aroma. Pale yellow with small head. Mildly sweet barley malt and moderately bitter grass flavor. Okay body.

Kleiner Greif, das Pilsner von Ganter in der 33-cl-Bügelverschlußflasche, ein Mitbringsel von Thomas aus seiner Heimatstadt. - Satt goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase nur milde zitronige Hopfung und blasses helles Malz. - Antrunk schlank und frisch mit sortentypischer, knackig zitronenschalenbitterer Hopfenherbe. Zartes helles Malz mit feinen Anklängen an Honig und Vanille, die aber bald von saftig grasiger, strenger Bittere im Nachtrunk verdrängt werden. - Sehr solides, klassisch gehopftes Pilsener.
