Cette bière en est une d'équilibre. Brassée avec l'un de nos houblons préférés, Equinox, cette bière est juteuse, amère et explose de saveurs fruitées. C'est toute une bombe!

473ml can. Pours a hazy yellow orange with some floaties and a medium, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves thick, sticky curtains of soapy lace. Fruity aroma of bready wheat malt, orange, mango, green pepper and herbal hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready caramel malt, orange peel, mango, canteloupe, green pepper and herbal hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. A hybrid West Coast / East Coast IPA.

Pineapple marmalade mostly here. Pours murky orange with pretty good pillow of head. Light bitter end. A bit off off tang in the finish. Sour lemon peel or something. Can.

Hazy golden-amber colour with a frothy warm cap, good stay and with nice creamy-bubbly lacing. Citrus aromas (mostly oranges) with the grassiness and hints of honey. The taste showcases the hopbomb, as says the name in fresh. Lots of grassy hops creating bitterness, warmth and alcohol. Fairly dry in the end with some tart from yeast. This is a pretty good West Coast IPA.

(473ml can c/o Phyllomedusa who got it somewhere!) Pours rather hazy pale orange with a thick white head. Aroma of oily citrus peel, slightly soapy dried flower and pine resin, some peppery pine, semisweet caramel malt, some toasty brioche graininess. Flavour follows the nose, sweet light caramel and brioche malt base, some dried pit fruit, grapefruit, citrus oils, peppery pine and dried herbs, fairly resinous. Semi-dry into the finish, moderate to high bitterness, lingering citrus/pine vibes. Medium plus body, soft to moderate creamy carbonation. Decent old school IPA, especially since it wasn't totally fresh. Solid pizza beer.

A lightly hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, light pepper, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with loads of citrusy resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. On tap at brewery.
