La bière Perle Hop Citra est une bière blonde single hop artisanale de la brasserie Perle. Sa robe est blonde avec un léger trouble naturel provenant des protéines du blé et des levures. Au nez se dégagent des arômes frais de citron, de fruits exotiques et d’agrumes apportées par le houblon Américain Citra. En bouche, l’attaque est franche sur le houblon associée à une légère rondeur. Les saveurs de cette bière « Single Hop » (mono houblon) se concentrent sur le houblon Citra. On note également la finesse des bulles grâce à la fermentation basse.

Bottle@Yesprs - Golden pour with white head. Aroma and taste is citrus fruity and hoppy, some light caramel malty backing, herbal hoppy into the finish. Okish.

33 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is fruity, light toasted. Herbal. Dry. Flat malty, grassy,herbal and slight bitter. Mild fruity. Bitter and toasted malty finish.

Very good, whipped eggwhite-like head, leaving lace over well-carbonated yellow-golden beer. Fine flowery, lightly citrussy nose, but also the garden weeds/nettles I often correlate to Citra. Bit of ureum. Bitter-herbal flavour, spicy. Faintly toasted malts, leafy. Finish is pretty bitter, long-lasting. Light body, very lively carbonated. Quite decent.

bottle, courtesy of jaghana! Hazy golden with a fluffy white head. Lovely hoppy nose. Citrusy and resiny on a solid malty base. Delicious.

Clear blond beer, big frothy to creamy white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, peaches, summer fruit, some banana, little grassy, sweet, citrus, bit sugary, hay, malts. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sweet and sugary start, peach candy, sweet malts, citrus, slightly sour (from the carbon maybe?). Aftertaste: sweet and malty, bit yeasty, grassy hops.

Bottle. Clear dark golden with medium sites very fluffy white head. Light dough, lemon peel, lime juice, strong herbal bitters, some sweet malts. Starts light see but a very nice medium strong bitterness takes over soon. Medium bodied with slight creamy wheat feel. Overall not too aromatic (there's no date on the bottle) but still quite nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
