Cette bière c'est le ressac des lumières sur nos berges. Quand le vent nous montre son visage véritable. Fidèles à la tradition belge, les notes de coriandre et d’écorces d’orange sont bien présentes dans cette blanche de style Witbier. Naturellement voilée, cette bière de blé est douce et pleine de goût.

Malts: Québec pâle Caux-Laflamme et Blé malté Caux-Laflamme.
Houblon: Bravo.

A golden wit with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light cloves, bland. In aroma, light banana malt with cloves, light mineral notes, light bodied, bland.

Bubbly white cap that does not stay long, with just a bubbly small ring remaining. Hazy golden-orange colour. Orange citrus aromas with lots of yeast. The coriander comes out in the taste over the mild orange peel and decent hops in the finish. Nicely balanced dryness and mild spices lingers. It does have the different organic feel, mostly in the nose. Above average for the rest.
