Bouteille(Merci au lac de Constance!):Deep golden to light amber coloured, almost clear, some floaties visible, small and stable off-white head; sweetish toasty to dark-malty nose with a delicate bitterness in the background and a tinge of alcohol; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; sweet malty finish, accompanied by a tinge of alcohol and followed by a decent bitterness in the aftertaste. Pas une bière mauvaise, mais un peu monotone…

bottle from Bièrerie Illkirch-Graffenstaden. Hazy golden with a creamy off-white head. Malty, slightly sweet, with spices and some tropcial fruit and a touch of alcohol. Too much going on for my liking, but still quite good.

Bottled. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, fruit, and malt, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours amber with a slight haze and a white head. Sweet malty nose with a caramel touch to it. Rich malty body, a little syrupy with very little hops to balance the sweetness. Rather metallic notes. Pretty sure this is bottom fermented. 130914

Bottle thx to jaghana cons 2014-09-06 Göteborg Don’t think it’s a English strong one - there is Guatana and suger in there! AR: strong yeasty, citrus, lime, bread AP: amber, fizzy lime créme disapering foam F: bready, citrus, lime, guarana, yeasty, fizzy, suruyp feeling - feeling fresh, wonder how much guarana they used?
