Encannée le 13/07/2023 De forts accents tropicaux rappelant la mangue s’étalent sur une base maltée biscuitée. Liquide doré, voilé avec une énorme mousse rocailleuse et persistante. Entrée de bouche légèrement acidulée, citronnée, avec une présence marquée de zeste d’agrumes. On s’ennuie des belles odeurs de mangue de l’olfactif. La base maltée a l’air d’avoir disparue complètement. Il y a peut-être un élément de fraicheur qui entre en jeu ici. Le corps est un peu plus mince que la normale pour ce style. Les saveurs annoncées ont probablement disparu après 6 mois. Buvable, mais tout juste. O:6.5 V:4.25 G:5.55 C:3.5 G:11.5 T:31.3

Can (prod 18/3/22) from trade with Johnnnniee--thanks, John! Can says hops are Citra, Mosaic, Centennial & Bravo. It's a cloudy, dark orange with nice sparkle, 2-finger width off-white foamy head with poor retention and spotty lacing. Aroma is candied orange, apricot and sweet/tart lemon over bready malt. Taste is strong pine and late dry Euorpean malt with hints of fruit. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation and crisp, dry finish as taste. Overall, the other three hops are evident in the aroma but the taste is all Centennial so is a traditional IPA. OK but a bit malty. Perhaps hops have decayed somewhat.

Wow, je ne m'attendais pas à un truc aussi bon!! L'équilibre est parfait. La mangue et les agrumes soutiennent le côté résineux. Je l'ai trouvée un peu mince, mais sans plus. J'ai adoré, tout simplement!

Hazy light golden-yellow colour with a big frothy, almost creamy white head that goes down slowly and thick patchy-foamy lace is left. Grassy and pine hop aromas but they to let the fruit come out pretty quickly by fading a little. Citrus and tropical notes, with some grains. The mouthfeel starts wet and builds this pretty good dryness in the aftertaste. Hop flavours with the citrus, grass and pine. The backbone is pretty mild in malts. Decent, but seems like missing a tad of balance... like in the yin and yang.

Can. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grassy hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grassy hoppy citrus flavor. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy finish.

Draft at Vices et Versa, Montreal. Clear pale gold, white head. Aroma of citrus and caramel. Taste is citrus, tropical fruit, caramel, pine notes. Interesting.
