Growler from chez gibb. Hazy brownish red pour, with a big beige head. Aroma is quite malty, with slme grassy hops, and some forward herbalness. Quite bitter i found for the style, and the malts were crunchier than expected, not very sweet, more on the savoury side.

Growler: Poured a clear burgundy color ale with a nice off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of deep caramelized malt with some light toffee notes is very nice. Taste is a good mix of deep caramelized malt with some light dry toffee malt notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable and sessionable beer that is closer to a Scottish ale then an amber.

A reddish copper brown ale with a thin light mocha head. In aroma, light caramel malt with light grassy hops, light nutty notes, OK. In mouth, a sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light bodied, OK. On tap at Bistro des Alpes.
