Knievel IPA 6.5% Big orange copper color with a solid film of off-white head. Nice fruity citrus aroma but with enough maltiness to let you know it’s there. The taste starts with the hops, crackly dry citrus then a biscuity character in the mid to finish as well as some pine. Really nice.

A hazed golden amber ipa with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with loads of piney resinous floral hops, citrus pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a bit unbalanced, with crisp biscuit malt, resinous harsh floral hops, grapefruit pulp, astringent bitterness, OK. On tap at brewery.
