Canette, 473 ml, achetée chez Rapido le 3 septembre 2020, savourée le 9 septembre 2020; œil : brun foncé avec une teinte bourgogne, opaque, pas d’effervescence, minuscule anneau de mousse beige, pas de dentelle; nez : malt, caramel, houblon amérisant; bouche : malt, caramel, houblon amérisant, légère âcreté de torréfaction, léger rôti, finale semi-sèche en caramel avec légère présence de torréfaction, corps léger-moyen, bonne carbonatation, moyennement amère, légèrement sucrée, texture très légèrement râpeuse; en résumé : correct

Dégustée à l'été 2016 (De mes notes). .

Can: Poured a clear amber color ale with a nice off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal and light caramel notes is OK. Taste is a nice mix of caramelized cereal notes with a light dry finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Well brewed for the style.

Ma première dégustation de ce brasseur... C’est excellent comme introduction je dois l’avouer. Ce n’est pas un style "à la mode" mais c’est très bien fait. Cette bière intègre des qualités propres aux Rousse et Scotch Ale. Grains grillés, goût tourbeux, bien rafraîchissante, j’adore.
