Bottle: Poured a cloudy deep brown color ale with a medium size dark foamy head with good retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of funky Brett notes with some oak and residual sugar with strong malt notes. Taste is a complex mix of oak and dry fruits with funky Brett notes, residual sugar and a solid malt backbone that comprised grainy cereal notes. Body is full with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. An (expensive) complex experience.
