Bright yellow gold color. Dense white head. Mixed nose of sour malt and light hops. Flavor is a mirror of the nose with a clean bitter hop finish an aftertaste.

Bouteille 341ml. De couleur dorée pâle et claire. Nez de grains de malt pâle sucrés, léger de légumes bouillis avec des notes de houblon herbeux. Moyenne-mince en bouche avec un pétillement moyen ainsi qu’une texture aux notes crémeuses et aqueuses. Goût de grains de malt pâle sucrés avec des notes de légumes bouillis sucrés lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute des notes de pain ainsi que de faibles notes notes de maïs sucré puis en finale l’on retrouve des notes de houblon herbeux. Post-goût moyen-court, aux faibles notes amères de houblon herbeux.

Originally rated September 2005. Bought this single bottle at the Marché Richelieu on St.-Jean street in Quebec City. Written malt liquor on the label. Pours a golden colour with a medium head. Retention is not bad and lacing is minimal. Aroma of malt is nice and strong with lots of grain. Taste of sweet malt all the way and almost a dry finish. Alcohol present in the mouth, but no burn going down. Quite smooth overall.
