On tap au mondiale 2011. Great resinous piney hop aroma, with a touch of grassy malt. Regular mouthfeel, if anything a touch thin for a dipa. Great bitterness, and hoppy citrus finish with a touch of soapiness from the high alpha hops. Nice beer.

On tap at Brouhaha, pours an opaque dark orangey brown with a small beige head. Aroma of tropical fruits, resinous hops and very sweet caramel malts (lots of it). Flavour is pretty messy, much more sweet than I'd like, dominated by syrupy sweet caramel malts, some tropical fruits and then citrus hops to finish. Unbalanced and sickly sweet for a IIIPA. OK, but very flawed.

A reddish amber ale with a thin off white head. A light restrained c-hops aroma, fruity esters. In mouth, a smooth ale with silky hops, all restrained and enjoyable, with biscuitty malts melding well with the hops. On tap at Brouhaha, June 2009.
