On tap at Le Cheval Blanc, pours a completely clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, horse blanket, sort of like a saison. Flavour of Belgian yeast, some wild, rustic notes, a bit of horse blanket and and dry leather. Tastes way better than it looks. Very sessionable and flavourful. Solid.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity and yeasty. Bitter, herbal and grassy. Phenolic and almost bubblegum like. Bitter and dry into the finish.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, herbaceous catnip hops with light citrus notes. In mouth, a belgian hops whopper with light candy sugar, belgian hops, corky notes, puckering Brett notes. A challenging ale. On tap at brewpub, April 23, 2010.
