Finally a dunkelweizen. Interesting. Smells boozy like wild fermented orange juice bedside table style. Taste has some high alcohol, some bitterness. Some bubble gum. Not much head, pours a cloudy red. On tap at Saint Bock.

A murky reddish brown bock with a thin lacing dark mocha head. In aroma, a light fruity banana malt with light strawberries, and light acidity. In mouth, a sweet malt with banana and berries, light cloves, watery bodied. On tap at brewpub Dec. 18 2011.
