Bottle at bolo. Hazy orange pour, small white head. Oily grapefruit aroma, with some strong tartness and subtle funk. Good mouth feel, solid carb.
Finish is quite bitter, with a strong citrus pithy bitterness. Good dose of grapefruit juice, and zest,mo range seems lots, tartness fades, and disappears.

Bottle pour at Au Trappiste, Batch 2. Pours hazy yellow with a medium head. Aroma is funky, yeast, fruit, wood, orange. Body is medium, slightly sour from the added fruit, orange and grapefruit indeed, very bitter towards the end. Lively but discreet carbonation. Dense. Slight stables and funk. Sweet palate. Good.

75cl bottle at the Shrewsbury Beer Share on 14th June 2016, thanks Mike for this offering. Misty light lemon in colour, the head a white affair. Citrusy bite to this spicy Saison, fairly tart in nature and most enjoyable.
