Dark pour, a little bit of light comes through. Nice nose of smoke, roasty malt, and a touch of coffee. Flavour is again, quite smokey, with a good roasted element. A touch thin on themouthfeel. An overall good effort, and a solid porter.

A clear dark brown porter with a thin off white head. A sweet chocolate aaroma, a bit nutty. In mouth, a light bitter chocolate with light coffee grinds, metallic notes, a bit of harshness. Light bodied. On tap at brewpub, June 21 2009.
