Avec à peu près pas d’amertume en bouche, la Blonde de St-Tite est notre bière qui se rapproche le plus des bières de masse dites commerciales. Comme un doux rayon de soleil.

A pale blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, light chalky notes, OK. On tap at brewery.

Overpriced as most a la fut and not great. Pours pale Piss white. Kind of malty with a little head and lacing. Not the kind of beer to bring me out of detox. Ugh, right. Bottle.

Bottle: Poured a bright clear golden color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and not much lacing. Aroma of grainy cereal notes with some dry notes is not the most exciting. Taste is dominated by light cereal notes with a light dry aftertaste. Body is about average with good carbonation. Easy drinking with fairly limited character.
