Dark, cloudy, copper pour, with a large beige, almost light brown head. The aroma is very complex and perfumed with vast quantities of herbs, and spices. Im picking up lavender, black pepper, white pepper, rosemary, corriander, dill, and sweet fennel. Mouth feel is thick and oily, the carb is quite soft. The finish is very floral, but dry. Loads of lavender, and peppercorn, with little to no bitterness.

Visuel : Couleur : ambrée-orangée foncée. Apparence : voilée.
Arôme : Épicées (bouquet d’épices), herbes aromatiques, léger de fruits (petits fruits), léger sucre brun, notes de houblon herbeux.
Goût : En entrée de bouche : Goût épicé (poivre et bouquet d’épices multiples) et léger de levures fruitées (petits fruits rouges). Un ferme support de malt sucré et de sucre brun est présent avec un goût assez herbacé ainsi qu’une légère amertume de houblon herbeux.
En bouche : Corps : moyen. Effervescence : moyenne. Texture : très légèrement crémeuse. Finale : moyenne et un peu sèche, composée d’un goût épicé (surtout poivré) et léger de houblon herbeux.

Bottle: Poured a deep amber color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and some good lacing. Aroma of candi sugar with some strong spices notes and some fruity ester is very enjoyable. Taste is a great mix between some candi sugar notes with nice fruity ester with a spicy finish which includes notes of cinnamon, pepper and lavender. Body is about average with medium carbonation. The spices mix and the candi sugar notes can become a bit excessive in large quantities but I still really enjoyable this beer.

A hazed golden amber gruit with a thin off white head. In aroma, loads of spices, lavender, curacao, mint, ginger, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of ginger, curacao, coriander, lavender, OK.
