A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light rhubarb, light strawberry, light lemony notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light lemon notes, light rhubarb, light raspberry jam, light acidity, nice and refreshing. Bottle at La Cuvée d’hiver 2016.

Bottle: Poured a light blonde color ale with a medium size pure white foamy head with OK retention. Aroma consists of tart and lightly acetic notes with light rhubarb notes. Taste is also mostly dominate dry acetic and tart notes with light rhubarb thought strawberry are hard to detect. Body is about average with good carbonation. I thought this was enjoyable but maybe closer to a Berliner weisse then a saison.
