Visuel : Couleur : brune-ambrée. Apparence : semi-voilée.
Arôme : Caramel, miel, léger de fruits, léger de houblon herbeux aux notes florales et épicées.
Goût : Entrée de bouche : Léger goût de levures fruitées (petits fruits rouges) et aux notes épicées. Une dominante de malt sucré aux notes terreuses et de miel est présent avec une des notes de caramel et de houblon herbeux.
En bouche : Corps : moyen. Effervescence : moyen. Texture : légèrement huileuse. Finale : moyenne, composée d’une légère amertume de houblon herbeux aux notes épicées avec un petit résiduel sucré.

Bottle: Poured a clear brown color ale with a medium size foamy head with good retention. Aroma consists of light grainy notes with dry caramel malt. Taste is dominated by non-descript dry caramel malt notes with light grainy aftertaste that is more or less pleasant. Body is about average with good carbonation. Good cause but pretty bland offering at the end of the day.

A reddish amber ale with a thick mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with very light boiled veggies, smooth floral hops. In mouth, dryish puckering malt, sweet caramel, light astringency. On tap at Cuvée, 2013, March 3 2012.
