Of all the beers in this series this one seems to be the least affected by the barrel. Nice tart aroma, hints of funk, some citrus rind, and yeasty aromas with good cereals. Mouth feel and carb are on point. Finish is medium bitter ith next to no signs of barrel. Slight wet hay flavour with tropical fruit, and some tartness. Nice stuff, but not evidence of a sherry barrel at all.

Bottle: Poured a murky dirty yellow color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of oak and strong sherry notes with light residual sugar notes and some light grainy notes. Taste is a mix of light residual sugar notes with some oak and strong sherry notes that are not really well balanced. Body is full with OK carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Probably the least interesting beers from this series.
