Tap @MBCC2017, Red Session. Clear red amber, white froth. Sour raspberry aroma. Sour, sweetish raspberry flavour. Very fruity, still not overly so. Light and elegant.

0,05l from tap shared by / with the crew during mbcc red session. redish hazy color, small pink head. smells of raspberries, marzipan, nutty, grassy, lightly acidic. very nice smell. light body, medium carbonation, light mouthfeel. tastes grassy, raspberries, light marzipan, light wood, bit nutty, peppery. finishes medium sour with notes of raspberries, marzipan and some grass. very nice one, easy to drink but still with a very nice complexity 8, 4, 9, 4, 17

Sampled @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2017, Red Session. Klare rötlich orange Farbe. Geruch nach Himbeeren, mild holzig säuerlich. Geschmack ist säuerlich fruchtig, Himbeeren, holzig, toll.

Draught @ MBCC 2017. Pours deep reddish with a smooth head. Aroma of tart raspberries, sourness, oak, wood, funky yeast and farmyard. Taste is sour, funky and tartish with some raspberries, wood and oak. Finish is sourish and funky with some tart raspberries and wood. Good.

Bottle. Wood, raspberry, malt, and grass aroma. Hazy ruby red with minimal head. Mildly sweet raspberry malt, mildly sour vinegar, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Okay body - nice balance. Okay - on the light side.

Tap at Mellow. Pours a clear pink with a rose colored head that lingers. Fresh raspberry explosion on the nose. Tart on the palate with a kool-aid-like drinkability. Tart, but not overly so. Muted, but big fruit that lingers throughout. Good tartness and fruit throughout.

Refrigerated 12.7 oz. brown bottle poured into a snifter. Clear red with small white head. Aroma is light raspberry, light body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is soft raspberry.

Pours clear ruby into a snifter. Pink head with little retention recedes to nothing. Sour raspberry aromas. Dry with sweet raspberry upfront turning to bitter seeds and tart aspirin in the lasting finish.
