[1/31/17] Bottle at Deep Ellum in Allston. Red with a pinkish head. Great aroma full of berries, some funk, oak. Tart flavor, funky, a bit lemony, with juicy berries. Medium-bodied. Great and easy-drinking.

Aroma is barnyard, raspberry, raspberry jam, frozen raspberry, sweet raspberry, funky, dry. Nice pink bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, nice hazy reddish color. Aroma is fresh sour-ish fruity, sour raspberries, sorrel, soda powder, raspberry candy, grass, minerals, berry skin. Taste is sour-ish dry, sorrel, sour raspberries, berry skin, grass, minerals, hay, unripe berries, citrus acid. Medium bitterness, slightly watery - but nice sour-ish dry mouthfeel. Nice and easy drinking.

Bottle. Pours a clear reddish pink with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has lots of sour raspberry with a touch of yogurt and a bit of funk underlying. Flavor has a great sour raspberry note with an acid bite and a light funk note supporting.
