Un peu terne comme produit, ça manque d’effervescence. C’était mon introduction à cette brasserie et ça part plutôt mal ;-) On réessaiera une autre fois un autre de leurs produits...

Draft: Poured a light amber color ale with a small foamy head. Aroma of grainy cereal notes is really not that pleasant. Taste is dominated by cereal unrefined grainy notes with dank hops with a dry aftertaste. Body is light with OK carbonation. The recipe needs to be work on and improve.

An amber ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with faint English hops, a bit off. In mouth, a sweet caramel malt with butterscotch, bad and boring. On tap at Mondial 2014.
