Bottle: Poured a hazy light yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some good retention. Aroma of coriander and spices is quite wonderful with nice wheat malt with some sweet undertones. Taste is also dominated by refreshing coriander notes with some lightly sweet wheat malt notes and very subtle grapefruit notes. Body is above average with good carbonation. I’ll have to go against the grain on this one but I thought this beer was very refreshing with a nice addition of spices thought the grapefruit notes were hard to detect.

Bouteille 500ml.

A hazy blonde ale with a thin white head. Grapefruit peach aroma, a bit of apricot aroma, with notes of catnip. In mouth, a dry malty beer with grapefruit acidity, yeasty notes, a bit of rhubarb. Medium bodied. Tasted with Mike H. August 2008.
