Bottle from Peluso, 2$ and I bought it for the name/label. It is a clear gold with a bready light malt but somewhat buttery diacetyl aroma. Thankfully the taste is alright a slightly rough pils flavor, crackery with a crisp noble hop finish. OK but one of the weaker beers I have had in Quebec.

Bottle: Poured a clear pale yellow color lager with a small white foamy head with limited retention. Aroma of lightly sweet cereal with some corn adjunct notes. Taste is also dominated by bland flavours with light corn adjunct notes. Light body with OK carbonation. I understand what the brewery is trying to achieve but cutting back on some adjunct would have been a way to improve this.

Bouteille 341ml.
