Wow, this is like an IPA/Wit hybrid. Huge sharp hop aroma mixed with wheat, and yeast. Its the perfect marriage of both style, very interesting.

(On tap at the DDC tap takeover @ barVolo, Aug 23 2014) Pours a clear yellow with a moderate, lacy white head. Aroma of Cascade hop with grapefruit and orange, herbal coriander, sweetish wheat malt, white pepper. Flavour orange zest, grapefruit juice, coriander, light yeasty spice, mild grain and hop bitterness on finish. Citrus aftertaste. Moderate mouthfeel, effervescent carb. Interesting, refreshing beer, like a Cascade APA/wit hybrid but longer on the former really. Wasn’t better than the sum of its parts but not worse by any means, and an easy start to a long series of DDC beers.

(25 mars 2012)

Draft: Poured a light yellow color ale with some faint white haze and a medium foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of wheat and citrus hops provides an incredibly enjoyable mix with complex floral notes. Taste is a well balanced mix between some slightly sweet wheat malt and some floral hoppy notes which provides great taste. Body is about average with good carbonation. This one really worked well for me with great drinkability factor.

A light yellow ale with a thin white head. A nice banana aroma with C-hops, herbal and pungeant. In mouth, a nice light ale with light c-hops, mixing in well with the banana esters. Medium bodied. On tap at Mondiale 2009.
