Dégustée en fût sur place. De couleur noire et opaque. Nez de malt rôti, léger de café avec des notes de chocolat noir et des petites traces de fruits (cerises noires). Moyenne-mince en bouche avec un pétillement bas et une texture crémeuse. Faibles notes de chocolat noir avec des traces de fumée de bois lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute rapidement un goût de malt rôti puis à mesure que la gorgée défile, un léger-moyen goût de café s’installe jusqu’en finale où l’on y retrouve également des notes de houblon herbeux. Post-goût moyen, léger-moyen amer de rôti, moyen-léger de café avec des notes de houblon herbeux. (automne 2006)

A red-brown beer with a thin brown head. The aroma is sweet roasted malty, while the flavor is only slightly sweet with notes of roasted malt and hints of prunes. The roastiness gives it a dry end, and the body is thin. Pretty average Noire, hence boring.

Dark brown colour. Sticky malt aroma - toffee, light roast, but more crystal than I’d expect. Fairly light, watery body with glancing blows of cheap coffee and cheaper chocolate.

Deep black stoutwith a thin moka head. Chocolate aroma with lactic acid notes. Onctuous mouthfeel with bitter cocoa, powdery moutfeel. Lighter bodied.
