Bottled. Golden colour, small white head, which disappears quite fast. Aroma is apples, some sweetness, mild tart wooden elements with some mild tea leafs. Flavour is herbal, some sweet and tart apples along with mild wooden tones.

37,5 cl bottle @ Tammela Aroma is nice and leathery with apple peel and apples. Flavour has floury apples, leathery tones and mild green apple tones. Very nice cider, one of the best lately.

Bottle many thanks to Maakun, shared at Airbnb in Les Moutiers-en-Cinglais, Normandy. Clear light amber with no lasting head, some fine lacing. Sweet apples, red apples, caramelised apple, sukade, hints of sweet yellow prunes, spices, wood, neat barnyard or clean funk. Quite sweet and moderate bitter, feels more demi-sec than brut but is really nice. Full body with a nice rich and soft mouthfeel and fine carbonation. --- Beer merged from original tick of Cidre Fermier Brut on 16 Aug 2019 at 21:23 - Score: 8

Fancy clear 75cl bottle at camping Paimpont from a local shop. Clear deep golden with some bubbles. Soft sweet apples, tart apple juice, soft mineral, funk, apple pie, earthy, dead leaves, light tannins. Over light sweet, light tart and very light bitter. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation and almost medium dry. Very good cider.

Bottle from holiday in France last year and consumed at home Friday (yes I am at home on a Friday) 24th August 2018 cooking Musakhan from Honey and Co cookbook. Pours clear warm gold (yes clear, now that makes a change from the NEIPA murkies) sweet, apple pie. Soft in the mouth, really good, it's really good, really juicy, nice apple sweetness. Love it.
