Sparkly brightness for your eyes and snappy crispiness for your mouth! Dip your tongue in the fantasy of rainbows! A lager true to the Mexican/Bohemian brewing tradition. Too much sanity may be madness!!!

Pint can from Historic Casanova, 8/16/20. Clear gold, large foamy white head, good retention. ARoma of pale malt, earth and herbal hops. Taste is pale malt, lemom, a bit bready. Medium bodied, delicate, low bitterness, low carb. Decent.

Can. Pours a clear straw gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice straw and hay note with a bit of light bread note underlying. Flavor is similar with straw and hay throughout and a hint of sweetness in the finish.

Can. Clear light golden body with frothy white head. Light aroma of toasted grain, bread, citrus. Light bitterness from beginning to end. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. It is true to style which means not a lot going on in the nose or on the tongue. But it is clean.

16oz can. I think of a Mexican Lager as a Vienna type creature, but I suppose this would be on the lighter side, approaching Pale Lager. Either way, this is a great beer. Clean, crisp, fresh, perfectly balanced. Nails the lagering while gently nudging up the hop tone. True to style and excellent.

22oz bottle from the brewery pours a hazy gold with some frothy, white head. Nose has yeast, lemon, mild malt, some sweatiness, some passion fruit. Flavor has more passion fruit, some soapiness, light yeast, some unripened pear. Dry finish. Fine, but far from exciting.
