Sleepy Puppy is our take on a Belgian Blond and the first craft beer we produced in Paris , KY. Pilsen grains, Nobel Hops and Honey Malt go into this easy drinking Blond Ale with it’s light bready and candied sweetness. Fermented a little warmer to bring out the spice characteristic of a traditional belgian yeast this medium bodied and carbonated beer is refreshing and was a hit at RoosterBrew from the first day it was released.

raft. Deep golden body with an off-white head. Aroma of clove, toasted grain, trace of finger nail polish and medicine, spice. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Taste of spice, leather, toasted grain. The phenols in the aroma were a bit off-putting. Otherwise, OK.
