Really good pale straw body, strong carbonation, very nice foam. The aroma is musty and earthy apple, I smell more apple than ale, yeast, very nice balance. Flavour is heavy yeast and modest apple, slight grain aftertaste. Crisp carbonation but a little thin otherwise. Still a nice balance has been struck here that is working very well.

750ml from Mt. Seymor LRS @ home. Appearance: slightly hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: nice funk with some dry apples. Taste: along the same lines, quite dry, woody aftertaste. Overall: it's pretty good, despite I would prefer it being a bit more sweet and being a little bit nore thicker.

Quite pale. Lots of apple and brett, really rustic cider sort of thing. Similar character. This might be the first graf I really like. Rock on.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellow with a tiny white head. Nose is very funky, with a nice barnyard funk, crisp apple skins, and oak barrels. Flavour is dry and funky, with lots of barnyard funk, crisp apple skins, and oak. Really nice funky character, blending the best of ale and cider. Excellent.
