Double Dry Hopped (DDH) seasonal special. Amber hued beer with a light sweet note. Denali, Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra and Centennial hops come together to create a big tropical flavour with a Pineapple lead and a soft resinous hint at the back.

Shrewsbury Monthly Beer Share; Chez Sophie, 11th April 2022. Five guys all passionate about beer bringing their thoughts and offerings to split between us. 500ml bottle, BBE September 2022, brought in by me. Clear golden pour, white crown. This was a decent enough beer but there wasn't an iota of Seasonal/Christmas flavour/aroma or anything. Mild citrus notes flowed through the brew, some maltiness too.

500ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, April 22. Brought by Jeremy I believe. Thanks Jeremy. Pours a generally clear golden amber, good white head. Quite a nice breezy citrussy pale, floral hints with a bitter tickle. Nothing Christmassy about it tho.

500ml bottle. Clear light amber, small white head, ringed retention. Aroma of citrus, herbs and a small pine note. Taste is bready malts, lemon, orange, herbs and then a long moderate bitterness kicks in which ends on some seriously hoppy off-notes like rancid milk. Not good, it seriously did test my sanity.
