For the first time ever, we offer a 10% version of our flagship India Pale Ale. Mashed with local barley from Riverbend Malt House and flaked oats. Fermented with our preferred clean house ipa yeast strain. Hopped super extra intensely with a thoughtful blend of simcoe, citra, amarillo and ctz. Fermented completely for a decidedly dry finish and cold conditioned until beautifully brilliant clarity.

16oz can pours a clear gold, leggy, thin white head. Nose has malt, honey, booze, grapefruit, hand soap. Flavor is malty sweet, booze ups the sweetness, grapefruit, orange, soap. Full bodied, sticky, boozy finish. Too big?
