Bottle shared at THT July. Unclear golden with some bubbles on the top. Dry woody apples, stems, sweaty, waxy, funky, smoky, saucey. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Sampled at THT July. Thanks to VDuquerroux for the bottle. Thick barnyard notes, dry dusty apple, soft juice, earthy leaves, 🐐, donkey, deep funk, stables, soft pear, light campfire. Light sweet, very light tart and bitter. Almost medium bodied, fizzy carbonation and over medium dry. I’m loving it!

75cl bottle from the producer. Pours a misty amber, thin persistent ring of white bubbles. Aroma of fresh fleshy apple fruit. Taste has a soft, scuzzy carbonation, musty apple fruit, not especially full flavoured, though there is a very distant tannic element, and some woody notes. Ok table cider but perhaps a little tired and old unfortunately.

Bottled. Hazy golden, brief head. Funky apple aroma. Mid sweet with medium body. Deep character of funky apples and cobwebs. Mild apple skin bitterness. Nice.
